We are delighted that you are considering enrolling your child at St Peter’s. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to find out more information about our school and what we can offer you and your child. At St Peter’s we have a very comprehensive transition programme to support both children and their parents. This is continually reviewed and adapted in consultation with parents, staff and pupils.

The transition programme consists of a series of carefully planned events to ensure a smooth and successful transition from nursery into primary one. We hope you find this information useful but if you do have any questions or queries please contact any member of staff who will be willing to help.

Enrolment for August usually takes place the second week of  January.   St Peter’s is an inclusive faith school and we warmly welcome all local children. Children who are not R.C. are invited to make a placing request. Placing requests should be completed and returned to the school office during enrolment week. If you need any help in completing the Placement Request please ask a member of staff for guidance. Please note that children who are R.C. do not need to complete a placing request but should bring their Baptismal Certificate to the office when they enrol.
